| Bio: | I am a geographically-heritageless young woman recently transplanted to the South, after living most of my life in various locations above the Mason-Dixon line. I'm in my first year on my own and away from home. I love the independence but I greatly miss my family and the many loving friends who've cared for me so much. I live with my roommate since freshman year of college (5 years ago!) and her rather psychotic, but completely adorable kitten.
By God's grace through the nurture of my parents, He has been a real, important part of my life since I first began to explore and understand the world; I cannot remember I time when I did not believe in God, however childlike and simple my understanding may have been. However it has deepened over the years into the center of my life, my thoughts, my goals -- or should be. I fail miserably each day, but each day His mercies are new!
I'm a bit of a nerd -- I love books (particularly classics), music (loooove opera), scrapbooking and all crafty things, and hanging out with friends of all ages. I'm happy talking about girly stuff like clothes and makeup and serious things like theology and cultural issues.
